天然石膏粉三相分析儀使用方法:
1、安裝:打開包裝箱,拿出緩沖(chong)材料、儀器(qi)主機,把儀器(qi)置于平穩的臺面上,掀開加(jia)熱桶,依次(ci)放(fang)上承重支架、托架、樣品(pin)盤;從箱子拿出電源線并連(lian)接;
2、開機(ji):打開儀器(qi)后部的電源開關(guan),屏幕顯示“預熱中",幾秒(miao)鐘(zhong)后自動(dong)跳轉(zhuan)到設(she)置“溫度"頁面;
3、設定溫度:按【+】【-】鍵調節干燥(zao)溫度和判(pan)別(bie)時間,單點為微調,長按為快速調節。點擊【下一步(bu)】,進入(ru)到校準界面;
4、校準:樣(yang)品盤空(kong)置(zhi)的情(qing)況(kuang)下,放(fang)入20克(ke)砝碼,看是(shi)(shi)否是(shi)(shi)20.00克(ke);若不是(shi)(shi)按“校準"鍵,儀(yi)器(qi)自動校準到20.00克(ke)則(ze)校準完成)
5、取樣(yang)(yang)(yang):取石膏(gao)粉(fen)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)到(dao)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)盤內,儀器自動顯(xian)示樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)重量;
6、測(ce)試(shi):取好樣品后(hou)按“開始測(ce)試(shi)"鍵,儀器(qi)燈亮自(zi)動測(ce)試(shi),顯(xian)示(shi)屏(ping)右(you)下(xia)角(jiao)顯(xian)示(shi)“測(ce)試(shi)中";
7、結束(shu):測(ce)(ce)試(shi)結束(shu)后顯(xian)示(shi)屏上方(fang)有(you)提示(shi)“測(ce)(ce)試(shi)結束(shu)"字(zi)眼提示(shi),測(ce)(ce)試(shi)后的附(fu)著水(shui)含(han)(han)量%、結晶(jing)水(shui)含(han)(han)量%、品位%、測(ce)(ce)試(shi)時間等數(shu)據(ju)均有(you)顯(xian)示(shi)(如有(you)選配打(da)(da)印機(ji)功能直接點擊儀(yi)器界(jie)面打(da)(da)印按鍵即可打(da)(da)印相關的數(shu)據(ju));
8、下(xia)組實驗:清(qing)理掉測試后的樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品,等溫度下(xia)降到(dao)接近室溫后儀器自動歸零,再次(ci)取(qu)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)到(dao)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品盤進行下(xia)組樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品試驗。
