磷石膏相組分析儀檢測方法:
1、安裝:打開(kai)包裝箱(xiang),拿出(chu)緩沖材料、儀(yi)器主機,把(ba)儀(yi)器置于平穩的(de)臺面上,掀開(kai)加熱(re)桶,依(yi)次放上承(cheng)重支架、托架、樣品盤(pan);從(cong)箱(xiang)子拿出(chu)電源(yuan)線并連接;
2、開(kai)機:打開(kai)儀器后(hou)部的(de)電(dian)源開(kai)關,屏(ping)幕(mu)顯(xian)示“預熱中(zhong)",幾(ji)秒鐘后(hou)自動跳轉(zhuan)到(dao)設置“溫度"頁面;
3、設定溫(wen)度:按【+】【-】鍵調(diao)節干燥(zao)溫(wen)度和(he)判別時間(jian),單(dan)點(dian)為微調(diao),長按為快速(su)調(diao)節。點(dian)擊【下一步(bu)】,進(jin)入到校準界面(mian);
4、校準:樣(yang)品盤空置的情況下,放入(ru)20克(ke)砝碼,看(kan)是(shi)否是(shi)20.00克(ke);若不是(shi)按“校準"鍵,儀器自動校準到20.00克(ke)則校準完成)
5、取樣(yang):取石膏粉樣(yang)品到樣(yang)品盤(pan)內,儀器自動顯示樣(yang)品重量;
6、測(ce)試(shi):取好樣品后(hou)按“開始測(ce)試(shi)"鍵(jian),儀器(qi)燈(deng)亮自動測(ce)試(shi),顯示(shi)屏右下角顯示(shi)“測(ce)試(shi)中";
7、結束:測(ce)試結束后(hou)(hou)顯示(shi)屏上方有提(ti)示(shi)“測(ce)試結束"字眼提(ti)示(shi),測(ce)試后(hou)(hou)的附著(zhu)水含量%、結晶水含量%、品位%、測(ce)試時(shi)間等(deng)數(shu)據(ju)均(jun)有顯示(shi)(如有選(xuan)配打(da)(da)印機功(gong)能直接點擊儀器界面打(da)(da)印按(an)鍵即(ji)可打(da)(da)印相關的數(shu)據(ju));
8、下組(zu)實驗:清理掉測(ce)試(shi)后的樣品,等溫(wen)度下降到(dao)接(jie)近室溫(wen)后儀器自動歸零(ling),再次取樣到(dao)樣品盤進行下組(zu)樣品試(shi)驗。
磷石膏相組分析儀基本原理:
(1)脫硫(liu)建筑石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)的 III 型(xing)(xing)無水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)。無水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)具有強(qiang)烈的吸濕性,可(ke)在 95% 酒精(jing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)半(ban)(ban)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao),而(er)半(ban)(ban)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)卻不能水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)二水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao),因(yin)(yin)此(ci)可(ke)通過測定 III 型(xing)(xing)無水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)在酒精(jing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)化(hua)(hua)的增量(liang)來計算其(qi)含量(liang)。原因(yin)(yin)如下:根據二水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)結構中(zhong)(zhong)原子間(jian)(jian)的結合,將其(qi)化(hua)(hua)學組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)寫為(wei) [Ca2·(H2O)3][(SO4)2·(H2O)],其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong) 3 個(ge)(ge) H2O 與(yu) 2 個(ge)(ge) Ca2+間(jian)(jian)僅存(cun)在范(fan)德(de)華(hua)力(li),作用力(li)較(jiao)(jiao)弱,而(er) 2 個(ge)(ge) SO42- 與(yu) 1 個(ge)(ge) H2O間(jian)(jian)除了存(cun)在范(fan)德(de)華(hua)力(li)以外(wai)還(huan)存(cun)在氫鍵(jian),作用力(li)較(jiao)(jiao)強(qiang);這個(ge)(ge)結晶水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)較(jiao)(jiao)前 3 個(ge)(ge)較(jiao)(jiao)難失去,而(er)在 95% 的乙醇溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong),乙醇與(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)分子間(jian)(jian)除分子間(jian)(jian)作用力(li)外(wai)也有氫鍵(jian),但是其(qi)作用力(li)介于兩者之間(jian)(jian),因(yin)(yin)此(ci)乙醇溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong),III 型(xing)(xing)無水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)的 SO42-易吸收(shou) 1/2 的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)半(ban)(ban)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao),而(er)半(ban)(ban)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)不易形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)二水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)。
(2)脫硫建筑(zhu)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)中的(de)半(ban)水(shui)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)。測(ce)定脫硫建筑(zhu)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)在純水(shui)中的(de)水(shui)化(hua)增量,為半(ban)水(shui)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)和 III 型無(wu)水(shui)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)形成二水(shui)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)總(zong)量,減(jian)去用上(shang)述(shu)原(yuan)理(li)測(ce)得(de)的(de) III 型無(wu)水(shui)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)含量,即可計(ji)算出半(ban)水(shui)石(shi)膏(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)含量。
(3)脫硫建筑石(shi)(shi)膏中殘(can)留的(de)二水石(shi)(shi)膏。用(yong)脫水的(de)方法測定脫硫建筑石(shi)(shi)膏的(de)脫水總量,減去半(ban)水石(shi)(shi)膏的(de)脫水量,即可(ke)計算出二水石(shi)(shi)膏的(de)含量。
