①從包裝箱中取出GYW水分活度儀,安裝并連接打(da)印(yin)機及(ji)測(ce)量傳感器。打(da)開電源(yuan)開關。
②取一干凈(jing)樣品皿,放入配制好的飽和Nacl溶(rong)液。放入儀器測量腔體內,合(he)上(shang)測量傳感器上(shang)蓋
③按動儀器(qi)屏幕上Nacl鍵,點擊測量時間(jian)鍵,根據(ju)樣品要求設置好時間(jian)
④校準開(kai)始,測量結束后。儀器自動(dong)報警(jing),左(zuo)上角燈亮起(qi)。記錄校準值。取出(chu)樣品皿。
★測量步驟:
⑤按單通(tong)道鍵,進(jin)入測(ce)試頁面
⑥將待(dai)測樣(yang)品(pin),進行處(chu)理粉碎。取一干(gan)凈的樣(yang)品(pin)皿(min),放入待(dai)測樣(yang)品(pin)。將樣(yang)品(pin)皿(min)放入腔體(ti)內,合上(shang)測量(liang)傳感器上(shang)蓋
⑦按動測(ce)量時(shi)間鍵,根據樣(yang)品(pin)要求(qiu)設置好時(shi)間
⑧測量(liang)開始記錄數值。此時可以點擊曲線鍵,可實(shi)時觀察測量(liang)曲線。
⑨測量結束儀器自動報警(jing),左上角燈亮起。按(an)打印(yin)鍵,打印(yin)并記錄結(jie)果
