包子餡料水分測定儀操作規范
1、安裝:打開(kai)包裝箱,拿出緩沖材料、儀器主機(ji),把儀器置于平穩的(de)臺面(mian)上(shang),掀(xian)開加(jia)熱桶,依(yi)次放(fang)上(shang)三腳(jiao)架(jia)、托(tuo)架(jia)、樣品(pin)盤;從箱子拿出(chu)電源線并連接
2、開(kai)機:打開(kai)儀(yi)器后部的電源開(kai)關,屏(ping)幕顯示“預熱中(zhong)",幾(ji)秒鐘后自(zi)動跳轉到設置“溫度(du)"頁面。
3、設定溫度:按(an)【+】【-】鍵調節(jie)干燥溫度和判別時間,單(dan)點(dian)為微調,長(chang)按(an)為快速調節(jie)。點(dian)擊【下一步】,進入到校準界面
4、校準(zhun):樣品盤空置(zhi)的情況下(xia),放入20g砝碼,看是否是20.000g;
5、取樣:取樣到(dao)樣品盤,儀(yi)器自動顯示樣品重量。
6、測試(shi):取好樣品(pin)后按“開始測試(shi)"鍵,儀器自動(dong)測試(shi),顯示屏(ping)右下角顯示“測試(shi)中"
7、測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)結束(shu):測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)結束(shu)后顯(xian)示(shi)屏(ping)上方有提示(shi)“測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)結束(shu)"字眼提示(shi),測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)水(shui)分值、測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)時間等數據均(jun)有顯(xian)示(shi)。記錄好測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)數據,清理掉測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)過樣品(pin)。
8、下組實(shi)驗:清(qing)理(li)測(ce)試樣品(pin),溫(wen)度下降到接近(jin)室溫(wen)后儀器自(zi)動歸零,取樣到樣品(pin)盤進行試驗。
